  • Is Babouches France a French company?

    Yes, Babouches France is 100% a French company.

    Located in northern Brittany, the head office and the stock of babouches is in St Brieuc.

    Our babouches are stored in an air-conditioned room which avoids problems of temperature difference for the quality of the leather.

  • Do I have to pay customs duties upon delivery?

    No, there are no customs duties to pay.

    Your delivery will only cost you the price paid at the time of your order (unless you received free delivery).

  • Do you only deliver in France or also abroad?

    Babouches France delivers to most countries.

    Some of our loyal customers are Belgian, Spanish, Romanian, Polish, and even Icelandic and Togolese. We do not deliver to the United States, Russia, or China.

    Shipping costs vary depending on your country of delivery.

  • The color of my babouche is different from the photos, is that normal?

    The slippers are made of high-quality leather, dyed with natural pigment dyes.

    Occasionally, a babouche slipper may be slightly darker or lighter, depending on stock replenishment. Babouche slippers may also not be a uniform color; the leather's reaction, temperature, and storage conditions can cause slight variations in color uniformity. This sometimes occurs with lighter colors (yellow, turquoise, fuchsia, emerald, red, and orange).

    To exchange a pair of slippers—to change the size or color—simply send us the form provided for this purpose (HERE) within 5 days of receiving your order. Once the package is received at our warehouse, we will send you the new pair as quickly as possible, at our expense.
