Two women from Brittany, thousands of steps, one single objective: to help the children of Nepal.
One step, one walk for children
The adventure has begun...
There are adventures that aren't just measured in kilometers, but in heartbeats. The story of Marina and Gwen, two Breton women with open eyes and generous souls, is one of them. Babouches France has chosen to support them wholeheartedly.
We funded their expedition.
Each evening, they will be able to enjoy pairs of comfortable and durable slippers from BABOUCHES FRANCE. A symbol of well-deserved rest, warmth, and essential comfort. But this walk is much more than a journey. It's an encounter between two cultures, an ode to generosity, which, through their efforts, will provide Nepalese children with the means to learn better and live better lives.
We at Babouches France are proud to support Gwen and Marina.
Encounters and human connection
Walking, running for children... Now that's an incredibly beautiful mission.
BABOUCHES FRANCE is proud to support MARINA and GWEN
Making these children happy, sharing, giving... a mission with beautiful and humane values. Values shared by Babouches France.

Babouches France's commitment
At Babouches France, we believe that craftsmanship is more than just the beauty of a product. It reflects a story, a gesture, a connection. This conviction drives us to go beyond simply creating babouches: we want every step to matter.
When Gwen and Marina, two Breton women with quiet courage but immense willpower, told us about their solidarity trek in Nepal, we knew we had to be by their side. Their mission: to cross the mountains to meet children living in difficult conditions and bring them support, supplies, and human warmth.
We chose to finance their expedition, not as mere patrons, but as meaningful partners. Every evening, they will wear our slippers—not as an accessory, but as a symbol. A symbol of rest after exertion, of gentleness after challenge, of Brittany embracing Nepal.
Our commitment also includes valuing women who dare, who act, who inspire. It is believing that solidarity can be woven between the threads of leather, between the seams of a project, between the steps of a march.
