Your package

We take great care to prepare your packages under optimal conditions. You will receive your slippers in a protective woven cotton pouch.

The entire set is delivered in a shipping bag, or carton depending on the volume ordered.

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the time of order. Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

The delivery to the carrier takes place the day after preparation, or on Monday if preparation is done on a Friday.

Delivery times

When the ordered slippers are in stock, the preparation time is 24 to 48 hours and the delivery time is added, and can range from 2 to 5 days depending on the delivery method chosen and the country delivered.

For some countries that require customs control, the delay can be up to 15 days.


Our slippers are stored in France. You will not have to pay any customs duties or shipping fees to receive your order.

Pre-orders

We would like to draw your attention to pre-orders. Pre-ordering allows you to secure certain models that sell out very quickly.


However, delivery times are longer. Indeed, a pre-order means that your product is currently being manufactured or will be manufactured soon.


Therefore, the delivery time for these products is 30 to 45 days from the validation of your order.

Return of merchandise

Returns are free in most cases

THE SIZE/COLOR IS NOT SUITABLE


  1. Complete the form below within 5 days of placing your order.
  2. We will send you a return label by email.
  3. Return the merchandise within 48 hours of receiving the return slip, in its original packaging, without any marks, signs of wear or deformation.
  4. Attach your invoice (copy)
  5. Once the merchandise is received at our premises, we will send you the same model via MONDIAL RELAY or COLISSIMO with a different size ( or -) or color according to your wish.
  6. Slippers that are returned to us damaged, worn or unsaleable will be returned to you at your expense.


If the color or size is unsuitable, only an exchange or a credit note on the website is possible.

YOU NOTICE A DEFECT


  1. Complete the form below within 48 hours of placing your order.
  2. Please send us two photos of the damaged products by email or via the form.
  3. After validation by our quality department, we will send you a return label by email.
  4. Return the merchandise within 8 days of receiving the return slip, in its original packaging.
  5. Attach your invoice
  6. Once the merchandise is received at our premises, we will send you the same model via MONDIAL RELAY.


If you would like a credit note on the site instead of a return of the slippers, we will grant you a discount equivalent to the product (discounted if applicable) and excluding shipping costs.
